Okay, so it's an ordinary day like any other except I have a crazy wicked cold, dropped my kids off to school and driving home I decided to pull in for Tim's to get my morning fix. Waiting in the line and about half way through I realized I was behind my friend who lives just across the street. I placed my order, got my Toonie ready with my quarter tip, pulled in to receive my order and the nice lady hands me my coffee and said no thank you to the cash. She said it's all paid for. :)
Made my day. So sweet. I still gave the lady at the window my quarter for the tip and drove off with a smile. Then as I was peeling the tab to drink my coffee it said:
The simplest gestures are always the sweetest and ones that tug at my heart strings. I loved this and I appreciated this kindest gesture towards me beyond words. ♥
